TCHMB hopes everyone who registers for the summit will be able to attend. However, TCHMB knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The policy for cancellations and refunds is as follows:

  • Conference registration canceled on or before January 13, 2023 is fully refundable.

  • Registrants canceling after January 13, 2023 will not receive a refund.
