The room blocks setup for the conference have sold out. Here are some suggested hotels that do not have a special rate but may have rooms available. You will need to drive from these hotels to AT&T Center where meeting is taking place. Day parking at AT&T Center for attendees will be validated. Parking spaces do fill up on occasion at AT&T, so make sure to give yourself travel and parking time.

The 2019 Texas Collaborative for Healthy Mothers and Babies Summit is being held January 29-30, 2019, at the AT&T Executive Conference Center in Austin, Texas.

The event will provide Texas clinicians, hospitals, advocates and other stakeholders an opportunity to learn about issues and initiatives related to the health of mothers and babies, including maternal safety in Texas. 

Registration fees for this year’s event include breakfast, lunch, conference parking, and refreshments both days, as well as dinner the first evening of the conference (see below). Participants will be responsible for their own travel expenses. 

Keynote Speakers: 

TexasAIM and TCHMB would also like to invite participants of the TCHMB Annual Summit to a special evening session from 6:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on January 29, 2019 where Dr. Ann Borders will facilitate an interactive session on maternal safety quality improvement initiatives and collaborations.  Ann Borders, MD, MSc, MPH, is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine and Executive Director of the Illinois Perinatal Quality Collaborative.  Dinner will be provided at the session.

Note: the evening session will be included as part of your registration to the TCHMB Annual Conference.  No additional registration fees required.
