About TexasAIM
The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) partners with the Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM) and other partners, including TCHMB, to implement the TexasAIM Program. TexasAIM supports Texas birthing hospitals with technical assistance and collaborative learning to make quality improvement changes that lead to improved outcomes for mothers in Texas.
Learn More About TexasAIM →TexasAIM Implementation Partnership
As part of the implementation partnership with TexasAIM, the OB Committee will review and select sepsis bundle tools, such as screening algorithms, order sets, escalation plans, and post-sepsis care tools, shared by participating hospitals during TexasAIM Learning Session 2.
OB Committee RAC representatives will then share selected tools within their respective RACs to support RAC-level implementation and spread across hospitals, reinforcing TexasAIM bundle adoption through regional collaboration.
OB Committee RAC representatives will also promote the TexasAIM change package resources and reinforce the importance of teams collecting and reporting their data.
