  • Register online via our Cvent portal: Summary - 2025 TCHMB Summit 
    Registration closes May 30, 2025.

  • Use the “Hotel” link on the registration page or book directly here: TCHMB 2025 Summit - Learn about the event and search for hotels  The room rate of $204 is available until May 30 or until full.

  • General attendee:$450 
    All rates include CE credit, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and conference materials for both event days. 

  • Yes! Check in at the registration desk on M1 upon your arrival, attend your sessions and complete the post‑event evaluation emailed on June 17. CE certificates will be available within two weeks.

  • Absolutely! Note dietary needs in the “Special Requests” field during registration or email tchmb‑summit@uth.tmc.edu by May 30.

  • Check‑in & hot breakfast: 8:00 AM (both days) 

    Sessions: 8:30 AM – 4:45 PM Monday; 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM Tuesday 

  • Self‑parking (garage): Complimentary for TCHMB Summit attendees on June 16 and June 17 thanks to our platinum sponsor!  

    Valet: $32/day (hotel rate) - Non reimbursable and not a covered Summit expense 

  • Yes. The venue offers ramps, elevators, and ADA‐compliant restrooms. Presentations will also comply with accessibility standards. Email tchmb‑summit@uth.tmc.edu for specific needs.

  • Complimentary Wi‑Fi credentials will be posted at Registration and in the Whova app. A Tech Help Desk is in the Zlotnik Ballroom foyer.

  • Yes. A private lactation/quiet room is on Level M1 (signs will direct you). Check in at Registration for access. 

  • Yes, download Whova and sign in with the email you used to register to access the agenda, maps, speaker bios, and live updates. Whova app instructions will be emailed to registered attendees prior to the Summit.

  • Business casual. Meeting rooms can be cool; layers are recommended. Wellness breaks may involve light stretching.

  • Speaker‑approved slides will be posted in Whova.  Sessions will not be recorded this year. We plan to post the speaker-approved slides to the TCHMB Summit webpage post-event, pending speaker approval.

  • This year’s Summit is in‑person only to maximize interactive learning and networking. 

  • Email tchmb‑summit@uth.tmc.edu. During the event, visit the Registration Desk on Level M1 or the TCHMB table outside the Zlotnik Ballroom foyer for on‑site assistance.

  • Absolutely. The Exhibitor Hub in the Zlotnik Ballroom foyer is open: 

    • Monday 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM 

    • Tuesday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 

    Expect booths featuring maternal and neonatal health, mental‑health resources, community‑care programs, and quality‑improvement tools.  

  • Head to the Registration Desk on Level M1.  Check‑in opens at 8:00 AM Monday and Tuesday; just give your name!  

  • You’ll get an instant Cvent confirmation email.  Can’t find it? Check spam, then email tchmb‑summit@uth.tmc.edu and we’ll resend.  

    • Gabriel’s Café – on‑site at the AT&T Center 
      Casual Tex‑Mex plates, shareables, and cocktails in the lower‑lobby bar. 
      • Open Sunday–Thursday 11 AM – 11 PM  

     

    • The Carillon – on‑site at the AT&T Center 
      Upscale, chef‑driven tasting menus (plus nightly happy hour). 
      • Dinner served Tuesday–Saturday 5 – 10 PM; closed for dinner Sunday & Monday 

     

    • Acre 41 (The Otis Hotel, 1901 San Antonio St.) 
      Modern American steaks and a lively bar scene—about a 5‑minute walk. 

     

    • Goodall’s Kitchen (Hotel Ella, 1900 Rio Grande St.) 
      Cozy bistro inside a historic mansion with patio seating—roughly an 8‑minute walk. 

     

    • “The Drag” on Guadalupe Street 
      Quick, budget‑friendly bites just five minutes away, salads, burgers, pizza, and more. Most stay open late.
